  • Identity Information: Name, date of birth, and place of birth (required      for ASIC company registrations).
  • Contact Information: Mailing address, street address, email address, and      phone number.
  • Tax & Business Information: Tax File Numbers (TFN), Australian      Business Numbers (ABN), Director IDs, and financial records.
  • Banking Information: Bank account details for tax refund purposes.


2. Sensitive Information & TFN Protection

As a tax agent, we collect sensitive information, specifically your Tax File Number (TFN).

  • We handle TFNs in strict accordance with the TFN Guidelines issued      under the Privacy Act.
  • We will only use or disclose your TFN for purposes authorised by taxation,      superannuation, or personal assistance laws (e.g., lodging your Tax Return      with the ATO).
  • If  you choose not to provide necessary personal information, we may not be      able to provide our services or act on your behalf with government  authorities.


3. How do we collect your personal information?

We collect personal information directly from you when you:

  • Complete our online application forms.
  • Interact with us via email, phone, or in-person consultations.
  • Provide supporting documents for identity verification or tax preparation.


4. How do we use your personal information?

We use your personal information for purposes related to our professional functions, including:

  • Providing the business setup or tax services you have requested.
  • Lodging applications and returns with ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission) and the ATO (Australian Taxation Office).
  • Improving the quality of our services and internal administration.
  • Sending you relevant business updates or marketing communications (with your consent).


5. Disclosure of personal information to third parties

We do not sell your data. We may disclose your information to third parties only where reasonably expected, such as:

  • Government  Agencies: The ATO and ASIC for legal registration and lodgement.
  • Professional Tools: Secure accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and secure cloud storage providers (e.g., OneDrive, Google Workspace).
  • Overseas Transfer: Some of our cloud-based service providers may store data on servers located outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers maintain high standards of data security and privacy.

We take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is kept confidential and secure, including:

  • Using encrypted cloud storage and password-protected databases.
  • Restricting access to only personnel who need the information to provide services to you.
